This is a critical role for monitoring and controlling Fixed Operating Expenses of our International Consumer businesses. This position will partner with the broader international retail finance organization to develop processes and reports to deliver timely and insightful financial performance analysis on an ongoing basis. The team member will support variance analysis for monthly and quarterly reviews, assist in annual financial planning reviews as well as execute ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.<BR><BR>The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and be able to create and maintain efficient, automated processes for tracking and reporting metrics related to Fixed OpEx.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field (MBA preferred)<BR>* 5+ years of relevant finance experience<BR>* Experience building and managing Financial Models for business forecasting and variance analysis<BR>* Advanced knowledge of Excel<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>* Advanced analytical skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment<BR>* Experience establishing processes and coordinating multiple teams to facilitate timely and accurate deliverables<BR>* Comfortable with analyzing large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management<BR>* Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving<BR>* A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations<BR>* Familiarity with financial reporting software (Cognos/Oracle)<BR>* Strong attention to detail<BR>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.<BR><BR>*LI-DJ1                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           </font></td>
