When you join Nordstrom, you are welcomed into a family dedicated to creating memorable and rewarding shopping experiences for our customers.<BR><BR>The ideal Senior Financial Analyst - HR is analytical, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Drive the financial cycle for Human Resources, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and variance analysis<BR>* Support strategic workforce planning and other employee analytics projects<BR>* Develop financial models and related analytical tools to address business needs<BR>* Identify and present trends and opportunities to support management decisions<BR>* Create and analyze period financial reporting and ensure accuracy and insight<BR>* Partner with applicable teams to review business performance, solve problems and advise on financial acumen<BR>* Support and drive process improvements<BR>* Understand and apply fundamental concepts, general administrative principles, practices and procedures of finance or accounting<BR>* Display effective written and verbal communication through reports and/or presentations<BR>? Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics<BR>? MBA or CPA preferred<BR>? Minimum 5 years of total finance or accounting experience<BR>? Proven understanding of business process analysis and project management skills<BR>? Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines<BR>? Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills<BR>? Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)<BR>?
