When you join Nordstrom, you are welcomed into a family dedicated to creating memorable and rewarding shopping experiences for our customers.<BR><BR>The ideal Database Analyst in our Loyalty Marketing department is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service everyday.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR> <BR>* Collect data to analyze, execute and evaluate new and existing loyalty program projects<BR>* Develop and publish insightful, action-oriented analysis on business results<BR>* <BR>Identify customer needs into effective, valuable solutions and advise solutions to appropriate parties<BR>* Participate in a variety of business process reviews and collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization to share insights<BR>* Support and drive analytic process improvements<BR>* Write and maintain process and/or system documentation<BR>* <BR>Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information being processed, stored or accessed<BR>* Perform a variety of ad hoc analysis and support as needed<BR>* Provide guidance and training, as applicable, to support the team<BR>* Reconcile divergent demands of multiple stakeholders <BR>Qualifications:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR><BR>* <BR>Bachelor?s degree in related field or equivalent training and/or experience<BR>* <BR>Experience in using SQL or other data query extraction tools (SAS)<BR>* <BR>Demonstrated project management skills<BR>* <BR>Understanding of business process analysis<BR>* <BR>Strong organization and time management skills<BR>* <BR>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills<BR>* <BR>Demonstrated negotiation and facilitation skills<BR>* <BR>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively<BR>* <BR>Proficiency in MS Office suite<BR><BR><BR><BR>Since 1901, Nordstrom has offered a wide variety of quality apparel, shoes and accessories for men, women and children at our stores across the country.
