This Sr. Manager will be chartered with the go to market teams for new products, including developing and managing a sales team and a pipeline of high value accounts. The leader will develop and executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed aggressive account acquisition and revenue targets - leading the existing team of individual contributors and taking a leading role in driving the acquisition of key accounts as needed. This individual will work cross functionally with product management, marketing & demand gen, and sales operations teams (as well as others as needed) to drive product roadmap, lead generation, and reporting activities and will be responsible for managing the day to day activities as well as setting overall business direction. We operate with the attitude and scrappiness of a startup combined with the resources and capabilities of Amazon.<BR><BR>About Amazon Services:<BR><BR>Sales of products by third-party sellers on our websites represent more than one-third of units sold, and the Seller Services business is growing faster than our Retail business. As an organization, Amazon?s North American Seller Services is uniquely highly influential at Amazon by coordinating across Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams and Amazon Sellers. We drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers? businesses.<BR><BR>Key responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Go to market leadership (Marketing/Demand Gen, Sales, Onboarding, Post launch success) with an emphasis on sales.<BR>* Product Feature Prioritization - Communicate seller needs to the organization based on seller interaction (win/loss analysis)<BR>* Weekly/Quarterly/Annual planning and reporting (set aggressive goals and iterate on the strategy)<BR>* Pricing/seller Incentive recommendations as needed<BR>Ideal candidates must possess:<BR><BR>* 10+ years of successful enterprise class sales and sales management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising, retail technology, or Saas software industries.<BR>* Demonstrated success driving teams to exceed sales targets through a consultative, solutions-focused approach is required<BR>* Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is strongly desired.<BR>* Candidates must have superior communication and presentation skills, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very passionate about success and winning.<BR>* A bachelor''s degree is required; an M.B.A. is preferred.<BR>* 5+ years prior management experience is required<BR>Basic Qualification </font></td>
