When you join our team, you are welcomed into a family dedicated to creating memorable and rewarding shopping experiences for our customers.<BR><BR>The ideal senior process improvement analyst is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Support the business by applying multi-functional subject matter expertise of business processes, systems and integration that spans multiple business functions in order to seek continuous improvement and innovation<BR>* Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies related to the SDLC and Application Lifecycle to support Company goals<BR>* Develop, evolve and execute business processes and delivery of new initiatives to support the department<BR>* Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work to implement changes as appropriate<BR>* Plan, facilitate and/or execute projects, including owning entire larger impact projects, as assigned<BR>* Maintain and develop training documentation and curriculum and train coworkers as appropriate<BR>* Collaborate with others effectively with IT management, supervisors, and leads on project efforts to define software delivery process protocols and best practices<BR>Qualifications<BR>* Bachelor''s degree in CIS, MIS, business or equivalent education and experience preferred<BR>* Minimum of 2 years experience as a business analyst, process analyst or equivalent<BR>* Minimum of 2 years experience leading or coordination projects<BR>* Knowledge and experience with the standard System Delivery Lifecycle and Application Lifecycle processes, systems and reporting<BR>* Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities<BR>* Proficient in writing business requirements and process documentation<BR>* Solid knowledge of project management principles and methodologies<BR>* Demonstrated ability to influence beyond the scope of their position<BR>* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Project, Workbench/Clarity, Adobe and Captivate<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with end users<BR>Since 1901, Nordstrom has offered a wide variety of quality apparel, shoes and accessories for men, women and children a </font></td>
