Leading a field sales organization of 150 sales people, including managers and sales representatives<BR>? Setting and tracking retail objectives<BR>? Planning or assisting in annual or project-specific budgets, to ensure financial performance is in accordance with business strategic initiatives<BR>? Ensuring organizational structures and resources are aligned with strategy<BR><BR>WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?<BR>As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:<BR><BR>Required:<BR><BR>? Bachelor''s degree or related experience in lieu of degree required<BR>? Significant sales experience is required<BR>? Frequently demonstrated direct people management experience is required<BR>? Frequently demonstrated account management experience preferred<BR>? Experience managing multiple geographic locations is required<BR>? Prior P&L and expense control responsibility is required<BR>? Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record<BR>? Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities required<BR>? Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally, is required<BR><BR>Preferred:<BR>?
