The team will build and manage systems which enable large scale advertising targeting the unique ecosystem of Social Media. We?ll build systems that enable rapid experimentation, massive data crunching and adaptive algorithms. Our team will drive the leading edge of innovation in the challenging world of display advertising in the context of the Social Media experience.<BR><BR>We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team to build and extend a wide range of large scale, multi-tiered, distributed systems. In the near term, we?re building self-optimizing ad personalization engines that enable rapid experimentation, massive data crunching and adaptive algorithms.<BR><BR>The right candidate is expected have a strong drive for results, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. They should be fully capable of understanding complex systems and developing high scale, high availability, distributed systems. They are also expected to be significant contributors in the design, implementation, testing and delivery of new automated advertising services. These services will drive our display business by serving highly relevant ads with high levels of performance, scalability, and flexibility.<BR><BR>As a founding member on a new team, you will have an chance to have a ground-up impact on our systmes, our business and most importantly, our customers as we take our marketing programs to the next level. You will apply your Java devlopment skills, design and deploy new services and solve non-trivial optimization problems.
