We are looking for an exceptional Traffic Manager to join the Kindle Worldwide Marketing team. You will have the unique opportunity to manage the production of Kindle?s advertising materials, marketing materials, and retail displays and signage for Kindle Marketing across the globe.<BR><BR>We are looking for a highly organized, motivated and self-directed Traffic Manager with a keen eye and acute attention to detail. This is a new role on the team and the ideal candidate will have experience establishing traffic processes, and be well versed with delivering print and broadcast assets to media partners. As a key member of Kindle?s WW Marketing team, your Traffic expertise and precision will continually raise the creative bar in quality, efficiency and workflow.<BR><BR>This position is on point for the creative pipeline and will manage approvals, deliverables and schedules for designers, copywriters, advertising managers, and media partners - ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of assets for publication and broadcast. You will be exceptionally organized, and bring an ability to juggle a high volume of complex projects simultaneously - often in various stages of development. You must be able to consistently deliver high quality results despite competing priorities with a sense of humor and an ability to have fun while working hard.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>* Drive the creative development pipeline, delivering the perfect assets to media partners, on-time and on-budget<BR><BR>* Own and drive the review and approval process for Kindle Marketing projects worldwide<BR><BR>* Create and manage production schedules; drive the team to ensure all milestones are met for all deliverables<BR>* Manage project budgets, vendor contracts and work orders, and purchase orders<BR>* Develop, own and continually improve production workflow - establishing best practices to drive production costs down while improving nimbleness and the quality of our creative output*LI-NHB<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience as a Traffic Manager, leading projects from conception to delivery of final assets to media<BR>* Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, successfully delivering the required results<BR>* Clear and effective verbal and written communication, collaboration and presentation skills<BR>* Experience and passion for working in a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, with an unflappable positive attitude<BR>* Bachelor''s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing or equivalent program/professional experience<BR>* Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as InDesi </font></td>
