               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Service Technician - Seattle, WA<BR>Location: US-WA-Seattle<BR>Other Locations:<BR>Coastwide Laboratories,a division of Staples, is a leading supplier of janitorial supplies and equipment.<BR>A technician position is available for repairing commercial cleaning equipment. <BR>Examples of equipment we service include: Vacuum cleaners, Cord electric & battery power floor cleaners and carpet extractors.<BR>Service is performed at our customer''s site and in our repair facility.<BR>Skill set includes: Diagnostic, AC/DC electrical, mechanical, pumps and systems setup & adjustments.<BR><BR>Please visit our equipment manufacture''s web site for additional examples:www.windsorind.com.<BR><BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR>Diagnose and repair customer and company equipment.<BR><BR>Primary Responsibilities:<BR>* <BR>Responds to all service requests.<BR>* <BR>Maintain compliance with established quality standards.<BR>* <BR>Utilize diagnostic checklist procedures.<BR>* <BR>Proper utilization of route sheet and service order procedures.<BR>* <BR>Assist coordinators in inventory control.<BR>* <BR>Provide customer in-service training as needed.<BR>* <BR>Provide new and used equipment set up.<BR>* <BR>Provide technical support to other departments.<BR>* <BR>Maintain rental fleet in proper working order.<BR>* <BR>Responsible for revenue generation, expense control and company assets.<BR>* <BR>Project positive attitude and support for company and associates as well as total customer satisfaction.<BR>* <BR>Regular and punctual attendance.<BR>* <BR>All other tasks as assigned.<BR>* <BR>Maintain compliance of all safety and standard diagnostic procedures.<BR>* <BR>Keep work area clean including any company vehicle used.<BR>Qualifications<BR>Basic:<BR>* <BR>Prefer high school diploma or GED.<BR>* <BR>Six months experience in a labor intensive or like service environment.<BR>* <BR>Current and valid drivers license, and company insurable driving record.<BR>* <BR>Hearing level correctable to acceptable standards.<BR>* <BR>Vision correctable to acceptable standards.<BR>* <BR>Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 70#.<BR>* <BR>Ability to work in limited space and ackward positions.<BR>* <BR>Must be able to sit approximately 50% of the day.<BR>* <BR>Must be able to walk/move about approximately 50% of the day.<BR>Preferred:<BR>* <BR>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<BR>* <BR>Mechanical, electrical, diagnostic ability/aptitude.<BR>* <BR>Good written and verbal communication.<BR>* <BR>Ability to work in a team environment.<BR>* <BR>Ability to work with customers face-to-face and over the phone.<BR>* <BR>Ongoing improvement to product and process knowledge.<BR>* <BR>Proficient use of 10-key and computer keyboard.<BR>* <BR>Ability to learn/adapt to required computer software.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
