               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">POSITION DUTIES:  <BR><BR>Under the direction of the Siebel CRM Manager and reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the Siebel Interface Developer designs, develops and produces technical specifications for all Siebel application functionality including any data integrations to/from the Siebel application and creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining Siebel eAI and EIM processes to import/export data. For Data Quality, responsibilities include designing, updating, and supporting the Siebel CRM Data Hygiene (Data Cleansing) processes using the DQXI application. This position creates or updates end-to-end data maps and transformation. Using Siebel Development and Integration tools and processes, the Interface Developer participates in all phases of the software development life cycle, including assisting in requirements definition and functional design, developing and modifying the Siebel application using Siebel tools according to the requirements and functional designs, and performing required testing and prepares requisite technical documentation. This position must create and/or update error handling processes to ensure data integrity. For Production Control, responsibilities include integration of Control M for all Siebel application and analytics processing and scheduling production batch processes.  Using Control M, implement and maintain schedules and messaging to support stabilization of Siebel application and trigger proper call out procedures in the event of failures.  This position assists with Siebel Application and Server Administration and administers SAP (Business Objects) DQXI applications and manages schedule dependencies for proper sequencing and optimum performance.<BR><BR>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: <BR><BR>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, or the foreign degree equivalent; and,<BR><BR>Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate database application development experience, including specific experience with Oracle 7+, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, XML or HTTP/Web Services, and including experience developing large (over 500,000 records) order management database.</font></td>
