This position meets with internal clients to assist in curriculum development. Additionally, this job writes simulation programs and coordinates simulation operations.<BR><BR>Responsibilities of this position include:<BR>* Meet with internal clients to review proposed training sessions. Partner with client in curriculum development.<BR>* Write training programs using simulation software.<BR>* Identify and order required supplies. Using detailed instruction guides, create simulation models.<BR>* Identify needed resources and space. Coordinate simulation events and schedules.<BR>* Oversee simulation scenarios and operations.<BR><BR>Required Qualifications:Associate''s degree or equivalent experience; Strong problem solving and organizational skills.<BR><BR>Preferred Qualifcations: Bachelors degree. One year simulation experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
