This team is responsible for crafting profitable solutions that are based on Cobalt's existing social media products.<BR>The Supervisor, Social Media owns customer delight in the delivery of social media marketing services to individual dealers and through OEM programs. In the job, you are responsible for managing a Social Media Operations team that delivers successful social media marketing solutions within the scope of work for each client.<BR>The Social Media Ops team includes, Social Marketing Representatives (SMRs), Facebook Ad spend specialists, staff bloggers, and other creative assets as required for delivery of the service The team's responsibilities include:<BR>• Providing exceptional inbound and outbound customer communication;<BR>• Providing exceptional, proactive Social Media Marketing consultation and execution to deliver engagement, reach, and network growth;<BR>• Applying creativity, curiosity, and experience; to deliver successful and positive community interactions, to grow dealer social relationships across platforms, and to position the dealership to capture the benefit of positive word of mouth marketing, while managing negative word of mouth, as required.<BR>Team Management<BR>• Inspire the team to seek creative and scalable social media marketing solutions that deliver positive engagements, community growth, and positive word of mouth.<BR>• Empower the team to drive success through well planned and managed campaigns that demonstrate product leadership, execution creativity, and social media leverage.<BR>• Manage team to deliver on defined activities related to campaign development, budget management, monthly campaign maintenance, client engagement, and overall customer satisfaction.<BR>• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team. This includes team scheduling, ensuring dissemination of process/policy/performance expectations, and product / company information.<BR>• Provide supervision and professional guidance to team members through regular one-on-one meetings, regular weekly team meetings, monthly account reviews, quarterly and annual performance goals and reviews, documenting and delivering timely performance feedback and taking appropriate disciplinary actions as required.<BR>• Manage team to ensure adequate account coverage through team schedules and back-ups. Work with VP of Social Media to optimize staffing, coverage, recruiting and hiring. • Work with Senior Product Manager to refine and improve the Social Media Marketing solution<BR>• Establish and manage standard campaign management methodo </font></td>
