The Social Responsibility Audit Manager is tasked with monitoring and communicating compliance with Amazon?s Supplier Code of Standards and Responsibilities and creating a world-class social audit process! The position is based in Seattle, WA and supports operations globally. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible program area and be part of a vibrant and fast-growing company!<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities<BR><BR>* Coordination with Amazon?s internal teams to collect and verify supplier and factory information;<BR>* Schedule social audits and maintain program information in the Product Lifecycle Management system;<BR>* Communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding audit status;<BR>* Manage approved supplier lists;<BR>* Communicate status and corrective actions to supplier managers;<BR>* 3rd party auditor vendor management;<BR>* Drive systems development to manage the social audit process, reporting and metrics;<BR>* Develop and disseminate internal and external training material.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* 2+ years managing an audit or compliance program;<BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in a related field;<BR>* Program Management experience;<BR>* Strong verbal, written communication and negotiation skills;<BR>* Exceptional organizational skills;<BR>* Experience working in a highly-confidential working environment and exercising discretion;<BR>* Experience driving process improvement with technology;<BR>* Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team, including adherence to core values and dynamic corporate culture;<BR>* Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.<BR>* Ability to work independently and autonomously;<BR>* Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements;<BR>* Ability to travel domestically and internationally.<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>* Experience working in Supply Chain, Transportation or Manufacturing environments. </font></td>
