The traffic analytics team is looking for strong SDE?s at<BR>all levels. We are looking for SDE?s who are passionate about working in any of the areas below:<BR><BR>Big Data Ingestion and Processing<BR>We are responsible for the production, processing, and analysis of several TB?s of data on a daily basis. We analyze data coming from<BR>various traffic channels such as free search, paid search, social, paid social email, associates etc. We have a big Hadoop cluster where<BR>we do data ingestion and processing.We also heavily use AWS services such as AWS Flow, S3, EC2 to manage our data workflows.<BR><BR><BR>Machine Learning<BR>We are building various Machine Learning solutions that learn and become better with time by the addition of new data and validation<BR>methodologies. We work with both supervised and unsupervised machine learning approaches not limited to regression, classification,<BR>clustering etc.<BR><BR>We also apply the scale of our Hadoop cluster to the machine learning processing by using Mahout for many of our modeling tasks. This<BR>allows us to learn models on bigger and bigger streams of data.<BR><BR>Service<BR>We are in the process of building a service from ground up which will front the various machine learning models and processed data<BR>generated in our Hadoop cluster.<BR><BR>If you are passionate about Big Data processing, Distributed Systems, Machine Learning or building out a service from ground up Traffic<BR>Analytics team is the perfect place to learn and hone those skills.<BR><BR>We are looking for an outstanding individuals who combines superb technical, communication, and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated<BR>ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. This person must be comfortable working with a team of software development<BR>engineers to raise the bar of the software we deploy. The ideal candidate for our team is a thinker and a doer: someone who loves sophisticated<BR>algorithms and mathematical precision, but at the same time enjoys implementing real systems, and is motivated by the prospect of spectacular<BR>business returns.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR>? Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience<BR>? 3+ years professional experience in software development<BR>? Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and OO design.<BR>?
