Our CRM processes hundreds of thousands of customer emails, chats, and phone calls every day and is used by thousands of Amazon agents worldwide. We even provide access to 3rd party sellers who peddle their wares on Amazon hosted WebStores (http://webstore.amazon.com/). With so much data and so many diverse users, security is obviously a focused area of commitment for Amazon.<BR><BR>In essence, the Security and Compliance team enables Amazon to trust its associates. We give our associates the flexibility to do what?s right for the customer without excessive restrictions and use technology to catch the exceptions. To do this we develop and maintain the Authorization, Authentication, and Audit services for our CRM systems and collect enormous amounts of data about the actions of our associates. This data is used to monitor compliance with company policies and keep our customers safe. Hour by hour our services mine for suspicious activity and potential fraud, and our team is constantly brainstorming the next threat. You will be responsible for scaling and adapting this system to meet the business?s rapidly evolving needs while maintaining the security of our customers'' personal information. Almost all Amazon development teams support the on-call rotation of their department, but our team offers a distinct advantage.
