This role will deliver important ad-hoc business analysis, provide direction for strategic FBA initiatives and support key business development.<BR><BR>Key responsibilities include:<BR>- Working with business leaders in various functions including Product Management, Design, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Seller Experience and Technology to identify key metrics to manage the FBA business.<BR>- Retrieving and analyzing data using Oracle SQL, Excel, and other data management systems.<BR>- Monitoring existing metrics, developing and proposing new analysis, and working across the Seller organization to make actionable intelligence available to business stakeholders.<BR>- Developing requirements and specifications with business and development teams<BR><BR>The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen, intense curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and superior written and verbal communication skills. He/she will have a strong bias toward data driven decision making. He/she will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
