With Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) you store your products in Amazon''s fulfillment centers, and we directly pack, ship, and provide customer service for these products.<BR><BR>Amazon seeks a passionate and talented Sr. Analyst to join the Global FBA Operations team to lead our research projects. FBA is a program for sellers of all sizes who sell new and used products on Amazon, on their own websites, and through other online and offline channels. Sellers can take advantage of Amazon?s global scale and technology in direct to consumer delivery and customer service with essentially zero start-up costs and competitive fulfillment rates. When a seller?s items ship with Amazon items in the same box, there is a significant transportation savings that we share with the customer. FBA is growing very fast and we are seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed individual with strong analytical skills and technology experience to help FBA measure, analyze and solve complex problems as the FBA Operations Business Analyst.<BR>This person will be responsible for analyzing and quantifying the impact of existing initiatives, deep-diving issues as they come up, developing new Operations metrics, identifying and quantifying opportunities for process improvements, and partnering with internal stakeholders to help drive the business. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented and has the ability to work well with cross-functional teams including Amazon supply chain, retail, transportation, fulfillment and software development. The right individual will have very strong finance and analytical skills, solid business judgment, and be capable of influencing the organization to achieve the right results. They will also have outstanding business acumen, a restlessness to answer why?? questions, and are passionate about using data to drive decision making. As a member of the FBA Operations team they will play an integral part in the FBA program by successfully partnering with various retail, country, operations, and finance teams to support business initiatives.
