This role will have a heavy impact and high visibility to essential, business-critical processes. This person will partner with internal and external stakeholders such as the Transportation business team, Supply Chain, Fulfillment centers, Retail planning teams, external carriers/shipper and Transportation Accounting.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities:<BR>? Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly results reporting<BR>? Partner with operations personnel to drive process improvements and cost savings<BR>? Support the budgeting and forecasting efforts for the annual Operation Plan<BR>? Perform risk and opportunities variance analysis versus plan and facilitate review meetings with business partners<BR>? Lead special projects to drive improvement for the network and/or processes<BR>Essential skills:<BR>? Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders.<BR>? Excellent grasp of corporate finance fundamentals including ROI and NPV<BR>? Strong resourcefulness and ability to find or develop compelling data given limited resources and time<BR>? Strong technical skills including advanced MS excel skills, as well as basic relational database skills including SQL<BR>? Ability to work in cross functional teams and strong communication skills<BR>?
