FBA is a growing business built around Amazon?s world class capability in Ordering, Fulfillment, Transportation and Customer Service. By leveraging our current scale and supply chain, FBA can provide a low cost alternative for fulfillment and enable sellers to rapidly grow their business. This is an opportunity for you to advance your leadership and operational skills within a highly visible and strategic program.<BR><BR>Amazon.com?s FBA team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead global improvement programs and ongoing operations for FBA Outbound Transportation. Responsibilities include managing existing seller inventory placement programs, quantifying and prioritizing additional opportunities (such as Seller Flex), and driving performance to meet all transportation cost goals globally. This person will need to work closely with software development, business managers, operations, supply chain, finance, and transportation. The successful candidate will work with local FBA Operations teams in different countries to create, develop, prioritize, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end to end customer experience while increasing FBA profitability and adoption.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>? Collaborate with supply chain teams globally to optimize inventory placement programs.<BR>? Work closely with finance to quantify and prioritize programs and progress towards transportation cost goals.<BR>? Work with local FBA Ops teams in different countries to prioritize and roll-out new programs initiatives<BR>? Design and execute new products/programs that meet savings targets as well as provide additional options to sellers.<BR>? Complex data analysis to identify opportunities and set priorities<BR><BR>FBA AmazonServices<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR>? Bachelor''s degree required<BR>? 3+ years supply chain, inventory management, retail and/or project management experience<BR>? Demonstrated experience in releasing products/programs to market.<BR>? Proven data analysis, problem solving and project management skills.<BR>? 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel, Access, and/or SQL<BR>? Demonstrated track record of leading a team of 2 or more people within a large scale, rapid and process driven environment.<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>? MBA or proven experience in global Supply Chain/Operations<BR>? Leadership experience attracting, hiring, mentoring and retaining top talent.<BR>?
