Help drive insights into the reseller competitive and industry landscape through deep understanding of our clients’ business. Take a leadership role in defining the strategic opportunities for the reseller business and helping develop business process solutions to scale programs.<BR>About Your CURRENT experience:<BR>* Relationship management. Demonstrated effectiveness at establishing trust-based communication channels with client contacts and deepening the relationship with partners by opening additional opportunities.<BR>* Performance management.A track record of successfully managing and growing clients or partners. Experience identifying opportunities, establishing priorities, and effectively consulting with appropriate parties to expedite solutions.<BR>* Problem solving skills.Enjoy manipulating data to pinpoint opportunities for improvement. You will have to pull data and build reports for the client and fellow Marchex staff. Advanced Excel reporting experience preferred.<BR>* Motivated.You drive the direction of your accounts and enjoy ownership of revenue targets. You know what success looks like with large clients and can proactively manage progress in that direction. You enjoy up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and can generate leads for sales and business development teams.<BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Communication and Customer Connection.Establishes clear, trust-based communication channels with a network of client contacts.
