               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Systems Analyst<BR>Location: null<BR>Other Locations: null<BR>Ciber Inc. is seeking to hire a Systems Analyst to join its practice.<BR>* Translate functional, product, or business requirements into functional/technical specification or use case documents. Expected to complete this task within the specific area of Campaign Management/CRM expertise and minimal supervision.<BR>* Utilize and train others on their knowledge of the Campaign Management/CRM business processes and can work with the business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.<BR>* Acts as a liaison between project management and development teams, and shepherds projects through the design, build, and test phases. Provides analysis support to development and test teams for assigned projects. This can include responding to ad hoc analysis requests and collaborating with test resources to validate test cases, defect triage and resolution.<BR>* Assists in low level definition, design, adherence and management of enterprise and application architecture solutions.<BR>* Train others on new technologies and platforms, where appropriate.<BR>* Work effectively with teammates and raise issues to management with appropriate frequency and urgency.<BR>* Provides input from high-level (t-shirt) to detailed estimates for intake, projects, and change requests in area of responsibility.<BR>* Creates technical impact assessments utilizing input and direction from development and supporting documentation such as functional specifications and use cases.<BR>* Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication, and documentation skills are required.<BR>* Ability to work directly with business users of Marketing applications.<BR>* Hands on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools and technologies.<BR>* Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and projects.<BR>* Ability to lead cross functional design sessions.<BR>* Working to intermediate knowledge of SQL, XML, UML, ASP, JavaScript, C .<BR>* Familiarity with multiple SDLC''s such as Waterfall, RUP, Agile or SCRUM.<BR>* Solid project management skills and 5 years leading small to medium size projects desired.<BR>* Background with identifying, defining, and integrating marketing campaigns with SAS products and marketing database is an asset.<BR>* Experience in marketing, marketing campaign systems, and strong database knowledge is a plus.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Ciber is a global IT consulting company with 7,000 consultants in North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific, and approximately $1 billion in annual revenue.
