               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job ID: <BR>Technician-Switch 300355<BR>Location: WA - Seattle Full/Part Time:<BR>Full-Time <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>The Technician - Switch is responsible for the advanced installation, operation, and maintenance of switching, data communications, and peripheral equipment associated with the Mobile Telephone Switching Office (MTSO). <BR><BR>Other duties include coordinating installation, testing, and troubleshooting of transmission facilities (dark fiber, Ethernet, wavelength services, OCn, T3, T1, and DSO ); troubleshooting across multiple platforms, upgrading, and administering multiple vendor systems; maintaining system applications; ensuring quality customer service; and providing support to a varied user community. Updates daily logs with site-specific information. Composes clear and concise reports for system documentation.<BR><BR><BR><BR>The Technician - Switch is responsive, proactive and able to perform duties with minimum supervision. This position collaborates with multiple network teams to drive operational excellence in the Seattle market.<BR>Qualifications<BR>The qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, engaged team player who has demonstrated success collaborating across teams. Must be detail oriented and thorough, possess proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
