For more information or to apply online, visit us at: www.cardnoentrix.com / www.cardno.com Cardno ENTRIX is seeking a Senior Terrestrial Biologist Project Manager to support existing projects and facilitate growth of our natural resources practice in the Pacific Northwest region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Project management and technical leadership Design, implementation, and management of natural resource programs Client marketing and proposal writing Client and agency contact Leadership and mentoring of staff <BR> <BR>Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree (Masters or Ph.D. preferred) in wildlife biology, ecology or related sciences 10 or more years of relevant professional experience in project management and business development, including 5 or more years of consulting experience Technical expertise in the ecology of the Pacific Northwest Region and inter-mountain/Great Basin west with experience conducting biological resource investigations for terrestrial and avian species, other protected species surveys, habitat assessments, data analysis, and resource report generation Extensive experience with regulatory compliance requirements of NEPA, ESA, FERC and relationships with agency personnel across the western states Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced team oriented work environment Strong business/client orientation Willingness to participate in frequent travel to field sites and other Cardno ENTRIX office locations in the Western United States Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship Desired Qualifications: Experience designing and managing biological resource assessments to support permitting of energy facilities and linear infrastructure, specifically transmission line and pipeline projects Established client relationships in the Pacific Northwest Region and inter-mountain west including: WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV, and UT. Possession of federal permits for threatened and endangered species where required Established agency relationships with the Bureau of Land Management and US Forest Service, and US Fish and Wildlife Strong time management and follow-through skills, with the ability to work on and manage multiple tasks/projects within schedule and budgetary constraints Positive and energetic personality; Self-motivated; Detail-oriented; Resourceful Bilingual capabilities (Spanish) is a plus Cardno ENTRIX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</font></td>
