The TSR is responsible for securing and developing new dealers that help meet sales and market-share goals for the territory. They will plan, enhance, and measure the performance of assigned dealers, as well as service our dealer base.?This job requires being in front of the customers to present products, programs, etc.<BR>?<BR>Essential Duties:<BR><BR><BR>?????????Develop a plan to increase company brand position in assigned territory.<BR>?????????Gain dealer commitment & orders<BR>?????????Make planned dealer-calls and chronicle the discussions and outcomes of the visits in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.<BR>?????????Demonstrate equipment and provide product application learning opportunities.<BR>?????????Facilitate the success of sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns.??<BR>?????????Acquaint dealers with the latest selling techniques.<BR>?????????Be familiar with dealer inventory levels and drive business adjustments as required.<BR>?????????Present Husqvarna at trade, industry, and dealer shows.<BR>?????????Call on designated National Retailers.<BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR>Qualifications (Education and Experience):<BR><BR><BR>Required<BR>?<BR>Associate?s Degree or higher<BR>?<BR>Business experience:<BR>o???Sales Experience:?Qualified applicants must have a successful track record of 3-5 years of high performance and exceptional reliability in outside sales.?Experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as the appliance, agricultural equipment, power tool, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, power sports business? a plus.<BR><BR><BR>* Business Acumen:?strong business acumen is required through both experience in the job and education<BR><BR><BR>* Problem Solving Skills:?Qualified applicants must have a proven track record of solving problems independently as part of a successful relationship with Customers.<BR><BR><BR>* OPE Product and Industry:?Must have an aptitude and interest in learning an extensive amount of knowledge about outdoor power equipment and the industry in order to represent our brand and products effectively to dealers.<BR><BR><BR>* Presentation skills and computer/software proficiency:?Microsoft Office experience is required, as well as the ability to learn and master other in-house programs that track sales and customer relations.<BR><BR><BR>?<BR>Skills and Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):<BR>?<BR>Required<BR><BR><BR>?????????Sales capability<BR>?????????Business acumen<BR>?????????Problem                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
