<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Training & User Support Analyst<BR>Location: US-WA-Seattle-WM6499 Chase Center - Seattle / 44337<BR>Job Number:_120027575<BR>JP Morgan Chase - Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance - SKYC Shared Services Team is seeking a Training and User Support Analyst responsible for supporting business users of a major Compliance application. <BR><BR>The Training and User Support Analyst is an important member of JPMorgan Chase''s Compliance group, and is actively involved in supporting training design, development and logistics for users worldwide.<BR><BR><BR>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:<BR><BR>? Write, edit and proofread technical documentation on complex technical toolset.<BR>* Partners with Instructional Design & Developers to implement the training plan by:<BR>* Collecting and reviewing project documentation and analyzing information<BR>* Assisting in the design and development of a variety of training programs to help all levels of employees in performing their responsibilities.<BR>o Validate and ensure the accuracy of training content developed by instructors and instructional designers, including job aids, user guides, storyboards, scripts, and online course content.<BR>o Evaluate existing training material for completeness, accuracy, relevancy, and source control.<BR><BR>* Implements training by definition training schedules, rollout plan, training bank requirements, course assignment, etc.<BR>* Ensures trainers are updated on content changes<BR>* Responds to questions and feedback from participants<BR>* Maintains a working knowledge of job duties, policies, procedures, systems, business drivers, performance metrics and business unit goals<BR>* Builds a strong internal network of peers, business leaders and SMEs<BR>Perform other duties as determined by Program Managers<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor''s degree preferred.<BR>* SharePoint administration skills a plus.<BR>* Working knowledge of adult learning principles and small group dynamics is helpful, but not required.<BR>* Capable of handling training logistics independently, including all associated administrative responsibilities and follow-up.<BR>* Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form<BR>* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a business-oriented team environment. Must be detail-oriented and organized, while being flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing organizational needs.<BR>* Project management experience (3-5 years)<BR>* Financial services industry experience (3-5 years)<BR>* Legal Compliance experience (3-5 years)<BR>Training experience (2-3 years)<BR><BR><BR>Job: Compliance </font></td>
