Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.<BR><BR>Depending on specific role and candidate background, responsibilities may include domestic and/or international carrier management as well as providing transportation management support to Starbucks suppliers and customers.<BR><BR><BR>Summary of Key Responsibilities<BR><BR>Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:<BR>* Support day-to-day operations; manage transportation providers to meet or exceed performance goals.<BR>* Recommend transportation solutions outlining assumptions, analysis, and risks.<BR>* Executes plans and identifies issues or obstacles, gains alignment, and brings to resolution.<BR>* Implements transportation processes and foundational systems that improve service or efficiency, increase capacity, and reduce costs. Develops transportation management processes to support business initiatives.
