               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Title: Vice President of Sales - Seattle<BR>Job Description: The VP of Sales is a key leadership role at the local branch with managerial, strategic & sales responsibilities. The VP directs the branch sales activities in line with the overall CCO strategy & operating plan and with the objectives of maximizing branch sales, increasing overall CCO revenue, and driving revenue. Primary responsibilities include building & effectively managing the sales team, using data & analytics to make decisions and create branch sales strategy, and identifying potential new & deepening existing business relationships to achieve branch performance goals.<BR>Managerial<BR>? Build a talented sales team through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, managing, coaching & motivating with the goal of achieving sales & revenue targets. (The sales team would include: Account Executives [AEs], National Import Managers / Specialists, Chartists, and Creative & Marketing). Note: The team reporting to the VP may vary by branch.<BR>? Drive results through others by managing team performance and holding them accountable against expectations.<BR>? Provide training, coaching & feedback (through observations and data) and consistent processes (including annual goal setting and performance targets) to create a high performing team.<BR>? Clarify expectations by implementing and maintaining management routines and operational rigor (for example, Sales metrics, performance objectives, dashboards, Team Meetings, 1-1 Meetings, delegated activities).<BR>? Review and approve pricing for proposals.<BR>? Work with business partners to ensure efficient operations, provide input, and resolve issues (Operations, Marketing, Finance, as needed).<BR>? Provide budget input, and then manage & attain budget revenue objectives for the branch.<BR>? Support corporate reporting, data needs & requests, communications, and paperwork (as required).<BR>Strategic<BR>? Build strategic relationships with clients and other internal & external stakeholders through regular and ongoing communications.<BR>? Create and implement strategies (for example, vertical targeting) that position CCO to win against outdoor competition and other media.<BR>? Review and leverage industry data & market analysis to identify target customers, including generating new business & deepening existing business.<BR>? Create demand for out-of-home products by packaging the right inventory & creative, coaching AEs on business development efforts, and leading business development activity in the market.<BR>? Proactively manage branch inventory, rate, and occupancy to maximize profitability and drive revenue.<BR>? Conduct rate and occupancy analysis and planning to balance customer needs with company revenue management objectives.<BR>? Share CCO vision around branch direction and goals, both internally and externally.<BR>? Lead the team and organization through change.<BR>Sales<BR>?
