<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Are you an experienced manufacturing technician with experience fabricating production parts utilizing Water Jets cutting and bending? Do you have demonstrated experience complying with Quality Standard and LEAN manufacturing principles? Do you have recent aerospace manufacturing/production experience?<BR><BR>If so, we would like you to join the Pioneer Human Services team as a Manufacturing Technician focused on our Boeing contract work.<BR><BR>Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is a nationally recognized statewide non-profit organization with over 50 locations providing an integrated array of services to include employment and training, chemical dependency treatment, mental health counseling and corrections services.<BR><BR>This position is responsible for typical manufacturing technician duties with a particular focus on our aerospace contract and customer.<BR>Education & Experience Required<BR><BR> High School education and/or GED AND two years manufacturing technician experience. Experience working in aerospace production strongly preferred.<BR> Two years demonstrated experience operating Water Jet Equipment.<BR> Demonstrated experience Fabricating production parts using water cutting, bending and other applicable processes.<BR> Considerable expertise in the Inspection parts as fabricated to ensure proper manufacturing as per drawing.<BR> Ability to learn and understand quality control and inspection procedures.<BR> Ability to maintain and insure that all associated documentation is accurate.<BR> Experience conducting equipment checks and maintenance at proper intervals.<BR> Ability to train employees and trainees, monitor safety; organize and assign work.<BR> Ability to maintain a productive and motivational working environment.<BR> Ability to audit use of safety devices, equipment and general production floor housekeeping.<BR> Ability to monitor the work area for hazardous safety conditions.<BR> Ability to communicate and partner with Interface with employees, trainees and work centers.<BR> Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.<BR><BR>Additional information<BR><BR>All job bulletins are posted for a minimum of 7 working days or until filled.<BR>Application Process<BR><BR>Pioneer Human Services is an equal opportunity employer.
