We have one part-time position available at our Pioneer Center North facility in Sedro Wooley, WA. Pioneer Center North (PCN) is a 141-bed facility in Northwestern Washington providing semi-secure, long-term residential treatment for chronic chemically dependent individuals. Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is a nationally recognized statewide non-profit organization with over 50 locations providing an integrated array of services to include employment and training, chemical dependency treatment, mental health counseling and corrections service.<BR><BR>This position is responsible for providing physical care, social, moral, and spiritual guidance, and in collaboration with other staff, shall be responsible for implementing programming designed to assist each resident with their individual treatment plan. Further, the RTS is responsible for suggesting and recommending changes in program, policy and procedure. The RTS is responsible for providing high quality services under the restrictive conditions feasible.<BR><BR>Requirements<BR><BR>Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen are a requirement for this opportunity.<BR><BR>Individuals selected for these opportunities should have the ability to work the Graveyard weekend shift as needed.<BR><BR>Education & Experience<BR><BR>• One (1) year experience working in the human services field<BR><BR>• Ability to monitor and report out the daily activities of the unit that will demonstrate the accountability of the residents within the framework of the unit policies<BR><BR>• Demonstrated experience supporting residents to learn new and proactive skills to be successful in the community<BR><BR>• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients, peers and management<BR><BR>• Demonstrated experience working as a contributing member of a team<BR><BR>• Understanding and practicing the concept of establishing strong personal and professional boundaries<BR><BR>In order to be considered for this position, please visit our website at www.pioneerhumanservices.org and download our application.
