Responsibilities include the coordinating, planning, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive, integrated prevention plan for the Eastern Kenai Peninsula with a primary focus of underage and young adult substance use.<BR>Collaborates with the Seward Prevention Coalition in conducting community needs, resource assessment, strategic planning and development of a community prevention plan. Facilitates meetings. Assists with the implementation of community prevention strategies, and the development of an evaluation plan, including outcome measures for community prevention. Evaluates the operation and outcomes of overall community prevention effort.<BR>1 year experience working with community coalitions, coordinating programs, program development, program evaluation, coordinating special events, preferred.
