<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION :< /b> <BR>Inside Sales Representative needed in McCleary WA<BR>Provide product line expertise and day-to-day order file management for all door products, with inside sales support for all door products in assigned region. Also responsible for administering the order processing system through the sales department. <BR><BR>Relocation support is not available for this position.<BR><BR>No travel required<BR><BR>Essential functions and responsibilities:<BR>1. Working with the sales staff team, responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as building customer confidence. <BR>2. Solicit orders by initiating telephone contact with current customers, as well as potential customers, and contribute to sales success consistent with the Division?s annual plan sales goals. <BR>3. Provide expertise on all Door products, the mill?s production capabilities, product pricing and the sales/service program intended for the product line. <BR>4. Manage short-term product, price, and service decisions to meet competitive circumstances and to better balance market demand against production capabilities. <BR>5. Manage customer orders from the receipt of the order and order entry, to reviewing production schedules and assuring on-time delivery of customer orders. <BR>6. Responsible for keeping the entire sales team attuned to order file goals, creatively exploring ways to stimulate sales and recommending adjustments to the overall pricing and service strategy. <BR>7. Monitor routine claims and disputed balance inquiries and make recommendations for resolution. <BR>8. Manage the data systems and manual order paperwork flow systems to assure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data moving through order processing. <BR>9. Work with sales supervisor in preparing reports, forecasts, customer correspondence, and plan documents. <BR>10.
