               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>GENERAL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - SERVICE WRITER<BR>POSITIONS IN SILVERDALE AND PORT ORCHARD<BR>Automotive Car Care Repair Shop has an immediate position opening for a General Automotive Technician who will also perform Service Writer duties.<BR>Service Writer Duties Include:<BR>*** Greet Customers to determine and solve their automotive concerns<BR>*** Give approximate timing of diagnosis and repair estimate<BR>*** Communicate with Customer on an on-going basis<BR>*** Will also perform Automotive Technician Functions as needed<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS<BR>Resumes not addressing these items may not be referred</b><BR><BR>--- Experienced Automotive General Technician able to perform any combination of:<BR>*** Brakes System<BR>*** Muffler System<BR>*** Engine Diagnosis and repair<BR>*** Alignments and Repairs<BR>*** ASE Certification is desired, but not required<BR>--- Knowledgeable in the operation of a computer to enter data, order parts, create billing receipt, etc.<BR>--- Customer Service Experience<BR>--- Supervisory experience is desired<BR>--- Driver's License with good driving record (will be test driving customer vehicles)<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><BR><BR>--- Exhibit Great Customer Service Skills<BR>--- Make customers concerns your concerns<BR>---  Detail oriented, able to keep pace in a fast paced environment<BR>--- Must have own tools to perform the functions of the job as a Technician<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE</b><BR>Full-time Position.
