               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Req ID 242798BR<BR>Industry Job Title Senior Ordnance Mechanic for Missile Systems<BR>Standard Job Code/Title R5313J:Ordnance Mechanic - Senior<BR>Required skills - A thorough knowledge of missile final assembly, disassembly, handling, testing, and warhead maintenance.<BR>- Normally requires 12 months of satisfactory performance as an Ordnance Mechanic Associate or equivalent warhead processing experience.<BR>- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security Clearance.<BR>- Ability to qualify for and maintain participation in PRP.<BR>- Ability to qualify for and maintain participation in the RADCON Program.<BR>- Must be able to lift 45 lbs., be able to climb vertical ladders and exhibit manual dexterity and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.<BR>- Must be willing to work with and around missile body sections, ordnance, and radiation producing devices and work swing shifts as required to support operational commitments.<BR>Desired skills - Recent PRP/RADCON membership.<BR>- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.<BR>- Understanding of proper use of processing documentation.<BR>- Knowledge and understanding of Ordnance and Reentry Body Assembly (RBA) safety and security requirements.<BR>- Strong interpersonal skills.<BR>- Computer proficiency including word processing and data management.<BR>Specific Job Description This occupation requires the independent performance of tasks associated with post DD250 final assembly and subassembly of missiles as well as tasks associated with processing their designated warheads.<BR><BR>Determine sequence of events and equipment required to perform any post DD250 final assembly and disassembly tasks related to missile operations such as packaging, unpackaging, modification, repair, checkout, testing, movement, removal and installation of mechanical and electrical components, mate and demate of warheads and related operations.<BR><BR>Determine method, tools, equipment and handling techniques necessary to carry out special alterations on missile/warhead system hardware.<BR><BR>Perform authorized repairs, component replacement, test, checkout and inspection of warheads.<BR><BR>Set up and operate low-energy radiographic equipment and associated film processing machines during the inspection of warheads / components.<BR><BR>Perform classified courier responsibilities.<BR><BR>Perform duties associated with management of the nuclear weapons COSAL system, such as initiating requisitions, inventory control, etc.<BR><BR>Provide guidance and assistance to less experienced employees in the performance of duties described.<BR><BR>Perform duties associated with maintenance, repair and test of facility lightning and grounding systems.<BR><BR>Operate all equipment required to position major vehicle components and support equipment and make alterations and repairs to support / handling equipment.<BR><BR>Complete knowledge of post DD250 missile final assembly, disassembly, handling, testing and warhead maintenance to establish proper processing techniques for all related tasks, including the mainten                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </font></td>
