               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Western Print Systems provides coding, marking and labeling equipment and services used in various industries that require traceability and consumer information applied directly on the product.  We are current seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join out team.  <BR><BR>The Account Executive is responsible for maximizing and generating revenue through face-to-face solution selling of our product suite to new and existing clients.  The Account Executive will work closely with the sales and service team as well as the manufacturer to focus on our customer's needs to ensure they are getting the best product in the industry.  This is an exceptional opportunity to wear multiple hats and demonstrate your entrepreneurial spirit. <BR><BR>MAIN ACTIVITIES<BR><BR>Sales Target<BR><BR>Be instrumental in achieving consistent on-target performance through sales calls and customer interaction. <BR>Liaise with existing customer base to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction translating into high levels of customer retention. <BR>Provide regular, timely monthly reports on business activity. <BR>Provide support and assistance where necessary to other members of the Sales Team to ensure sales targets are achieved. <BR>Perform on-site demonstrations when required. <BR>Demonstrate a clear understanding of range of products and a strong knowledge of competitor offerings. <BR><BR>Explore and Exploit Market Opportunities<BR><BR>Actively plan and execute competitor penetration projects. <BR>Provide feedback on all leads contacted. <BR>Attend trade shows and exhibitions where appropriate. <BR><BR>Work Effectively<BR><BR>Work in an effective way to minimize irrecoverable costs due to incorrect specification of work. <BR>Update Salesforce with business activity. <BR>Follow up promptly and diligently on all business actions. <BR>Provide all necessary paperwork and e-mails for quotations. <BR>Present a professional image of Western Print, using the multimedia sales aid and other sales tools.  <BR>Develop a close working relationship with Sales and Service team. <BR> <BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Bachelor's degree preferred along with 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired. <BR>An understanding of packaging and printing sectors, plus knowledge of the applications in which inkjet and laser printers can be utilized. <BR>Minimum of 5 years in a sales role. <BR>Previous experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is preferred. <BR>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills.  <BR>Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.     <BR>Excellent planning and organizational skills.</font></td>
