               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Description/Responsibilities:<BR>Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of electronic service work.<BR>Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of our service offerings<BR>Close sufficient sales to minimally meet sales plan objectives<BR>Manage the entire sales process, from uncovering opportunity, developing solution value proposition, preparing design, creating contract, negotiating terms, closing opportunities, provide on-going customer service through system implementation and selling any upgrade and add-on opportunities.<BR>Cross sell and up sell to the districts list of existing service customers<BR>Maintain correct and complete records of all sales related activities<BR>Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that SimplexGrinnell is meeting their requirements to long term customer loyalty<BR>Work with other sales, technical, design, service, support and management to meet customer needs<BR> <BR>Qualifications<BR> <BR>Qualifications:<BR>2 years of college or equivalent training in life safety field<BR>Customer service experience with excellent communication skills<BR>Ability to persuade and close service and contract sales<BR>Self motivated with discipline to work with limited supervision<BR>2 years previous related experience in electronics sales, installation and design<BR>Computer literate-Windows & Oracle Applications<BR>Know and understand fire codes<BR>Responsibility for meeting sales goals of assigned territory and work with district personnel necessary to accommodate and satisfy customer requirements<BR>Valid driver's license abd driving record that meets company requirements<BR>Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check..For more information please see the url</font></td>
