Duties of the position include receiving incoming products and materials, completing any incoming inspection testing, confirmation of certificate of conformance, reconciliation of receiving/purchase documentation, notifying and / or delivering incoming products to end users, ensure each receipt have documentation (packing slip) to support computer systems entries, complete daily receiving entries, distribute receivers to purchasing for filings, prepare paperwork in QuickBooks accounting system, manage packing materials inventories, package product being shipped and arrange transportation services for product, UPS/FedEx coordination, determine labeling requirements, assemble and pack product containers, preparing and affixing shipping labels, stenciling identifying shipping information, in an accurate matter, and prepare all shipping documents in a timely and accurate manner. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have had previous experience in shipping and receiving of goods and material. <BR>- Must be proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office programs. <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>Must have demonstrated skills being able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, able and willing to work indoors and outdoors, be able to drive a forklift and company trucks, and a demonstrated history of being punctual and adhering to past employers attendance policies. <BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- None. <BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Hours to be discussed at the time of the interview.
