               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This individual will be overseeing production lines in a manufacturing facility. He or she will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met and will be promoting a safe work environment. He or she will be administering the collective bargaining agreement and will be meeting with other supervisors to meet production goals. This position will be on a rotating shift between day shift and swing shift. <BR><BR>The most qualified candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years as a production supervisor in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience with lean manufacturing, engineering, metallurgical, maintenance supervisor, and/or value stream management experience. He or she should have previous experience with manufacturing software and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. This individual will have recent previous experience as a production supervisor overseeing employees in a manufacturing environment. <BR><BR>This position is a full time permanent position. This position has a wage of $50-$55K/yr based on experience. <BR><BR>Required Skills: <BR>•Three to five years of recent experience as a Production Supervisor<BR>•Must have a Bachelor's Degree <BR>•Must be detail oriented<BR>•Must have a strong problem solving attitude<BR>•Must be able to work a rotating day swing shift<BR>•Must be able to pass an extensive background check</font></td>
