TEMP. Duties include:<BR>Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Investigates and resolves basic software and hardware problems of computer users.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- A+ Certification, MCP or equivalent IT education experience.<BR>- 2 years of customer contact experience <BR>- 1 year of desktop computer support experience in a small to midsize environment (10-100 computers) or equivalent combination of relevant experience..<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>- Strong oral and written communications skills<BR>- Personal characteristics include flexibility, teamwork, commitment to achieving objectives, thoroughness, and commitment to quality.<BR>- High tolerance for customer contact related stress.<BR>- Ability to lift 50+ lbs<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- MCP, A+ or equivalent certification<BR>- 1-2 years of desktop computer support experience (via phone) in an enterprise environment (50-500 computers)<BR>- 2 year degree in related field<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Specific Hours to be discussed at time of Interview. Position is full time/temporary.
