<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Provide academic advising to graduate nursing students.<BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR> Provide academic advising to a portion of the graduate nursing students in all tracks.<BR><BR>• Assist faculty as needed to develop progression plans for their advisees.<BR><BR>• Assure that each student has a current progression plan that is acceptable to the student depending on whether the student is enrolled part-time or full-time.<BR><BR>• Monitor advisee progress according to his/her progression plan.<BR><BR>• Assist students with academic issues pertaining to requests for course substitutions, waivers, and transfer of credits, and assure that signed approvals are forwarded to the Dean’s Office.<BR><BR>• Collaborate with the Virtual Campus Student Services Director to assure that students are referred to appropriate campus services when questions/issues arise.<BR><BR>• Collaborate with Lead Faculty of each program option and the MSN Coordinator as needed to resolve academic advising questions/issues.<BR><BR>• Track student retention and graduation rates in each of the graduate program options.<BR><BR>• Assure that Exit Surveys are revised as directed by the MSN Program Coordinator and that they are available in Survey Monkey for students to complete when requested by the Lead Faculty of each program option.<BR><BR>• Collect contact information from graduating students in preparation for various reports and employee/alumni surveys; analyze responses and prepare reports.<BR><BR>• Perform other duties as requested to support the mission of the Nursing Department and the University.<BR><BR>FOR A FULL POSITION DESCRIPTION AND TO APPLY: please visit our website at www.gonzaga.peopleadmin.com and apply on-line.
