<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Performs a range of support duties for the Law School’s Administration Suite. Serves as initial point of contact for the offices located in the Dean’s Suite. Provides support to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. Serves as administrative secretary for the Law Review. Coordinates events for the law school.<BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR>Receptionist<BR>• Serves as initial point of contact for the offices located in the Dean’s Administration Suite.<BR>• Maintains inventory of office supplies. Order supplies when necessary. Maintains office equipment.<BR>• Manages law school petty cash fund<BR>• Provides back-up to the Assistant to the Dean<BR><BR>Dean of Students Office<BR>• Provides administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs<BR>• Prepares correspondence as specified.<BR>• Maintains records for ARP and DREAM students.<BR>• Provides support with development of policies pertaining to the law school physical<BR>plant.<BR>• Provides support for law school summer and fall 1L orientation.<BR>• Works with student groups in updating websites.<BR>• Manages law school bike lockers.<BR><BR>Events<BR>• Coordinates special events including arranging venues, sending invitations, handling responses, arranging catering, obtaining necessary permits and coordinating any security needs<BR>• Makes arrangements for graduation including travel arrangements, robes for faculty and students, prepares alumni certificates, and prepares the program checking all names of graduates<BR>• Provides administrative support for student-run events.
