<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Advanced Registered Nurse Practioner<BR>Department: Physiatry Specialty<BR>Schedule: Part Time<BR>Shift: Day<BR>Hours: Every Sundays for 4 hours<BR>Job Details: <BR>* <BR>Provides and directs care for case load of inpatient/outpatient rehab patients in the capacity of a nurse practitioner registered in the state of<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Washington. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>Job Dimensions:<BR><BR>The Nurse Practioner assumes overall responsibility for an assigned caseload of inpatient/outpatient rehab patients on a temporary or as needed basis, for daily, routine hospital patient care, or will come in on Sundays to do do patient admissions Shall work collaboratively with other members of the health care team. In the course of providing direct patient care the Nurse Practioner will be accountable for:<BR><BR>? Ensuring documentation of all aspects of care according to agency policy and regulatory guidelines demonstrating excellent technical skills and judgment;<BR>? Administering medication, IVs and treatments safely;<BR>? Maintaining patient safety and comfort<BR>? Transcribing prescriptions and communicating other order for care in a timely fashion<BR>? Supervision/participation in interdisciplinary rehabilitative care.<BR><BR>The Nurse Practioner must demonstrate self-direction and effective implementation of the role of the Nurse Practioner. The Nurse Practioner will be accountable for promoting the agency values in all interactions with patients their families, staff members, and managers. <BR> <BR>Education/Experience:<BR><BR>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current Registered Nurse license and registration as a Nurse Practioner by theWashingtonState Division of Professional Licensing. 2 years experience as a Nurse Practioner preferred.<BR><BR><BR>Click Here to Apply Online </font></td>
