               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Assistant Nurse Manager - Cardiac Care<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_18446<BR>Providence is calling a full time Assistant Nurse Manager on night shift to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA.<BR>We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager who appreciates the challenge of managing the daily operations of a nursing unit to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and their families.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Assist the Nurse Manager with staffing, scheduling, and patient care management<BR>* Develop staff through educational programs and mentoring to achieve specific clinical goals<BR>* Serve as representative on department committees, govern select unit committees, and participate in care conferences<BR>* Liaise with patients and families to ensure effective outcomes<BR>* Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and strong teaching and communication skills<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN)<BR>* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State<BR>* Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in acute care setting<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Recent RN experience in cardiac/telemetry<BR>* Previous leadership (charge, preceptor etc) experience<BR><BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children?s Hospital has a commanding presence in Spokane, Washington and is a beacon of hope and healing for patients throughout the region.
