<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room Patient Flow Coordination<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_18137<BR>Providence is calling an Assistant Nurse Manager to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA.<BR>We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager who appreciates the challenge of coordinating the OR schedule and patient flow for a busy 28 room OR suite with a high volume schedule of cases.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Assist the Nurse Manager with staffing, scheduling, and patient flow in the OR suite.<BR>* Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and strong teaching and communication skills<BR>* Work a 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 12 and 8 hour shifts <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN)<BR>* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Recent RN experience in acute care setting<BR>* Previous leadership (charge, preceptor etc) experience<BR><BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children?s Hospital has a commanding presence in Spokane, Washington and is a beacon of hope and healing for patients throughout the region.
