<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Associate Director is responsible for the co-direction of the Center for Community Action and Service-Learning (CCASL), a multi-disciplinary, multi-program community service department. Provides service-learning curriculum development resources to faculty; is responsible for coordinating student placement and development of relationships with community partners. Leads program development, assessment and evaluation. The Associate Director will work collaboratively with students, faculty and community partners to meet real and identified community needs. Reports to the Director of CCASL, and co-leads the faculty Service-Learning Advisory Board. This position supervises two to five full-time staff, and multiple student staff. Is responsible for programmatic grant development and grant writing and oversees program budgets. The position is full-time (40 hrs/wk), 12 months.<BR><BR>Supervises 2-5 full-time staff, graduate students, AmeriCorps and student work study staff.<BR><BR>Represents CCASL in campus and community committees, as appointed by the Director.<BR><BR>Coordinates and writes grants for all CCASL programs.<BR><BR>Is responsible for fundraising activities, including; direct mail, online solicitations, endowment fund generation, grants, and gifts.<BR><BR>Manages programmatic budgets of two to four areas of CCASL.<BR><BR>Leads or co-directs the development of CCASL initiatives, programs and events, as designated by the Director.<BR><BR>Develops partnerships with university departments and organizations including University Ministry, University Multicultural Education Center, and Student Activities.<BR><BR>Supports implementation of ongoing and continuous program evaluation and assessment.<BR><BR>Maintains budget responsibility for the Office of Service-Learning.<BR><BR>FOR A FULL POSITION DESCRIPTION AND TO APPLY: please visit our website at www.gonzaga.peopleadmin.com and apply on-line.
