               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job ID: <BR>Associate Switch Technician 301205<BR>Location: WA - Spokane Full/Part Time:<BR>Full-Time <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>The Associate Technician - Switch is responsible for assisting in the basic installation, operation, and preventative maintenance of switching, data communications, and peripheral equipment associated with the Mobile Telephone Switching Office (MTSO).  At this entry level position, the Associate Technician - Switch will learn and apply new technical skills to support the interdepartmental objectives including: troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering multiple vendor systems; maintaining system applications; ensuring quality customer service; and providing support to a varied user community. Other responsibilities include: updating daily logs with site-specific information and composing clear and concise reports for system documentation.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Troubleshoots, upgrades, and administers multiple vendor systems.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Assists in the installation, operation, and performance of basic and preventative maintenance of switching, data communications, and peripheral equipment associated with the Mobile Telephone Switching Office (MTSO).<BR><BR><BR><BR>Maintains system applications.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Updates daily logs with site-specific information.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Composes clear and concise reports for system documentation.<BR>Qualifications<BR>Minimum Associates degree required.
