Also please dress interview appropriate when requesting a referral.<BR><BR>Supervises, coordinates and performs activities associated with the general maintenance of an FAA regulated Repair Station. This may include repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment, general to advanced mechanical, electrical and interior maintenance as well as general plumbing maintenance.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>-Able to perform facility maintenance including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and ground maintenance in all areas of the hangar. <BR>-Able to supervise and coordinate efforts of maintenance staff.<BR>-Able to perform preventative maintenance on all company equipment and maintain preventative maintenance scheduled. <BR>-Coordinate work of outside contractors and vendors, solicit bids, and negotiate with vendors. <BR>-Able to develop and maintain a building and equipment maintenance plan.<BR>-Able to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual record keeping on all maintenance performed.<BR>-Able to ensure that all work is completed in an orderly and timely manner.<BR>-Able to maintain grounds and assist in snow removal.<BR>-Able to perform other related job duties as assigned. <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>-Must have a valid state driverA?s license.<BR>-Ability to maintain and support a high level of customer service to co-workers and customers.<BR>-Ability to communicate, written and verbally.<BR>-Adequate computer, math and problem solving abilities.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :</b><BR>-Three (3) to five (5) years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>This is a day shift position typically working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Public transportation is not available.<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Wage will start at $22.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
