<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Business Process Analyst<BR><BR><BR>The Business Process Analyst works collaboratively with departments across the organization to establish and enhance operational process as well as provide project support related to operational functions including sales and marketing activities, customer service, leader development and productivity. This position will be highly involved in process design and documentation related to operational execution of new and recurring cross functional projects. Being an internal expert on cross functional processes, this professional will be a consistent resource dedicated to new technology related project implementations. <BR><BR>Understanding and documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions. Partnering with business users to fully surface their requirements; conducting interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presenting the results. <BR>Assisting business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management.<BR>Defining use cases to articulate new functional software needs and the roles of each class of application user. <BR>Analyzing the impact of change requests.<BR>Supporting traceability from requirements through to QA; assisting in the definition of test plans and testing strategies and in the creation of test cases. <BR>Assisting in the definition of roll out, training and user support plans.<BR>Creating and/or reviewing manuals, procedures, and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience<BR>Presenting concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, role and accountability diagrams and business-focused story boards.<BR>Analyzing the various business processes to improve efficiencies and reduce expenditures.<BR>Collaborate closely with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts in defining and understanding project requirements, incorporating business process design and documentation.<BR>Will be required to network across organizational boundaries and facilitate operational execution and project meetings. <BR>In addition to the responsibilities listed above all associates of the company are required to maintain expected levels of performance in the organizations values, which include: Respect, Honesty, Passion, Innovation, Performance<BR>Any other duties as assigned. <BR>Strong business acumen and advanced problem solving skills<BR>Experience in process design related to core business activities<BR>Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to converse with a wide variety of people at various levels of management. <BR>Understanding and use of Project Management concepts.<BR>Ability to take initiative, work independently and in a team environment; be flexible, adapt to a constantly changing environment/deadlines; accept different responsibilities as needed or requested. <BR>Strong analytic </font></td>
