               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">For 60 years, Kelly Services has provided outstanding employment opportunities to the most talented individuals in the marketplace.<BR>CAD Drafter<BR><BR>Reporting to the head of the food service design engineering group, the Approval Drawing Designer will work with production management, design engineers and project management to ensure drawings/designs are completed accurately, compliant with customer specs and company manufacturing practices, and completed in a timely manner. Preparation of assigned drawings will include product selection and detail notes for custom products (such as sinks for food service clientele) for customer approval as a prerequisite to begin fabrication. Proper performance of these duties is critical to maintaining strong relationships with key customers, sales personnel, dealers and company.<BR>Required Skills:<BR>&middot;    Must be team oriented and have desire for team success.<BR>&middot;    Able to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.<BR>&middot;    Must have strong commitment to detail, accuracy and quality.<BR>&middot;    Possess leadership and communication skills necessary to effectively interact with team members and clientele, providing clarification of goals and objectives, feedback, and encouraging self-evaluation and development.<BR>&middot;    Ability to work with team members to resolve complex fabrication issues and questions.<BR>&middot;    Background and knowledge in sheet metal fabrication processes a plus. <BR><BR>Required Experience:<BR>&middot;    2 or more years experience and/or training in two dimensional, CAD, mechanical drawing.<BR>&middot;    1 or more years of product and process development experience which includes demonstrated success working on teams in the development and implementation of new consumer products, and working in a multi-project environment.<BR>&middot;    Manufacturing experience required; sheet metal and flat pattern experience a strong plus.<BR>&middot;    Must be comfortable working with undefined inputs with the goal of bringing structure and order to systems, while developing multiple solutions. <BR>&middot;    Exposure to design to spec, request for bid and market environments very useful.<BR>&middot;    Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCad experience essential. Experience in SolidWorks, AutoQuotes and Enroute a plus.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
