Will be responsible for non medical in home support services which provide comfort, safety and general supervision of clients as well as home management services. Provide companionship to those individuals requiring socialization and/or minimum guidance to assure a safe, protected, clean and orderly environment. Will provide personal care, light housekeeping, prepare and serve meals, running errands and other reasonable related duties as assigned. Employer is an EOE<BR> <BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must be bondable and meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks: Criminal Background Investigation; Motor Vehicle Driving Record; Professional and Personal Reference Checks, and Random Drug and Alcohol Testing. <BR>- Must have current Washington State CNA license or be currently enrolled in an RN program.<BR> <BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR> <BR>- Must have reliable transportation and fulfill assignments with reliability and punctuality and must have a valid drivers license and automobile insurance in order to drive clients on errands.<BR>- Must satisfactorily complete the in-house training and orientation program. <BR>- Must be able to function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members. <BR>- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and document services provided. <BR>- Must be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards of honesty and integrity. <BR>- Must be compassionate toward the elderly.<BR>- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.<BR> <BR>                            <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Prior six (6) months experience as a Caregiver.<BR>- Prefers a High School Diploma or GED. <BR>-  This employer gives preference to veterans in employment decisions for this job.<BR> <BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>All shifts are available PT & FT; days, afternoons, and especially nights and weekends.  Near Public Transportation<BR> <BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$10.00 per hour. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
GED/HS Equivalency current Washington State CNA license or be currently enrolled in an RN program.
