Avalon Health Care is seeking a dependable, organized and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our outstanding team!

The Certified Nurse Assistants will perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Candidates should have current Certified Nurse Assistant license as well as a positive attitude! Our post-acute facilities are physician-led, quality-driven, and patient-centered.
